What is rlInetStaticRoutePathCost?
This read-write value sets the path cost, or metric, associated with a specific static route. An admin adjusts this to influence which of several possible routes to the same destination is preferred by the routing table. For example, giving a backup static route a higher path cost than the primary route ensures it's only used if the primary route becomes unavailable.
