What is rlInetRoutingDistanceStatic?
This read-write value sets the administrative distance used for static routes. An admin tunes this to control whether manually configured static routes take priority over or defer to dynamically learned routes to the same destination. For example, raising this value above that of OSPF-learned routes lets a dynamic OSPF route be preferred over a floating static backup route to the same network.
