What is rlRaGuardRouterPrefMin?
This read-write INTEGER (disabled(0), low(1), medium(2), high(3)) is the global default minimum advertised router-preference RA Guard requires, used when no policy explicitly sets rlRaGuardPolicyRouterPrefMin. An admin cares because it establishes the device-wide floor on acceptable router preference before any specific policy overrides it. For example, leaving this at disabled(0) means router preference isn't checked device-wide by default.
