What is rlRaGuardPolicyOtherConfigFlag?
This read-write INTEGER (unspecified(-1), disabled(0), enabled-off(1), enabled-on(2)) in the RA Guard policy table configures verification of the RA's "Other configuration" (O) flag. An admin cares because it lets RA Guard reject RAs whose O flag doesn't match the expected DHCPv6-other-config posture of the network, another way to catch rogue routers. For example, setting this to enabled-off(1) on policy "raguard-host" drops any RA that arrives with the O flag set, since it isn't expected on that segment.
