What is rlRaGuardHopLimitMax?
This read-write Integer32 (0 or 1..255) is the global default maximum Hop Limit RA Guard permits, used when no policy explicitly sets rlRaGuardPolicyHopLimitMax, with 0 meaning the check is off by default. An admin cares because it caps the RA Hop Limit window device-wide for interfaces lacking a specific policy. For example, setting this to 64 makes that the device-wide maximum Hop Limit unless a specific policy overrides it.
