This read-only DisplayString reports the single effective RA Guard policy name currently governing a specific interface, after merging port-level and VLAN-level assignments. An admin cares because it shows which RA Guard policy is actually screening Router Advertisements on a port right now. For example, reading this for port Gi1/0/12 and getting "raguard-host" confirms that port-specific policy, rather than any VLAN default, is enforced there.
