What is rlRaGuardActivePolicyManagedConfigFlag?
This read-only INTEGER (disabled(0), enabled-off(1), enabled-on(2)) reports the effective Managed-config-flag verification currently enforced by RA Guard on a port or VLAN. An admin cares because it is the resolved answer to whether, and how, the M flag is being checked on RAs there right now. For example, this reading enabled-off(1) for a port means RA Guard is currently rejecting any RA seen there with the M flag turned on.
