What is rlRaGuardActivePolicyHopLimitMin?
This read-only Integer32 (0 or 1..255) reports the effective minimum Hop Limit currently enforced by RA Guard on a port or VLAN, with 0 meaning the check is disabled and the policy table's unspecified(-1) already resolved away. An admin cares because it is the real threshold being applied, useful when diagnosing why a legitimate RA with a certain Hop Limit was rejected. For example, this reading 64 on a port means RA Guard there is dropping any RA whose Hop Limit is below 64.
