What is rlNdInspectionVlanPolicyName?
This read-write DisplayString names one row of the ND inspection VLAN-policy table, i.e. an ND inspection policy being defined for direct VLAN-level attachment. An admin cares because this is the name later surfaced by rlNdInspectionActivePolicyNameVlan wherever that policy governs a VLAN. For example, naming a row "ndi-access" lets that same policy be attached to multiple VLANs by bitmap without redefining its device-role and validation settings each time.
