What is rlNbrBindingIntegrityVlanPolicyName?
This read-write DisplayString names one row of the Neighbor Binding Integrity VLAN-policy table, i.e. a binding-integrity policy being defined for direct VLAN-level attachment. An admin cares because this is the name later surfaced by rlNbrBindingIntegrityActivePolicyNameVlan wherever that policy governs a VLAN. For example, naming a row "nbi-edge" lets that same policy be attached to multiple VLANs by bitmap without redefining its device-role and entry-limit settings each time.
