What is rlNbrBindingIntegrityPolicyVlan1to1024?
This read-write OCTET STRING is one VLAN-range column (1 to 1024) in the Neighbor Binding Integrity VLAN-policy table, where each bit marks whether the named policy in that row is attached directly to the matching VLAN (independent of any specific port). An admin cares because it applies a binding-integrity policy VLAN-wide, so any port carrying that VLAN inherits the policy without needing a separate per-port entry. For example, setting the bit for VLAN 100 here under policy "nbi-edge" makes that policy effective on VLAN 100 across every switch port that carries it, not just one uplink.
