What is rlNbrBindingIntegrityPolicyMaxEntriesMacLimit?
This read-write Integer32 (-2, -1, or 0..2147483647) in the Neighbor Binding Integrity policy table caps how many Neighbor Binding Table entries may share the same MAC address, where -1 means unspecified and -2 means no limit. An admin cares because this limit stops a single spoofed or misbehaving MAC address from claiming an excessive number of bindings across VLANs or interfaces. For example, setting this to 4 on policy "nbi-edge" limits any single MAC address to 4 concurrent binding-table entries.
