What is rlNbrBindingIntegrityMaxEntriesInterfaceLimit?

This read-write value configures how many Neighbor Binding Table entries may be registered for a single interface identifier, with -2 indicating no cap. An admin sets this to bound how many IPv6 neighbor bindings one physical or logical interface can consume, protecting the shared table from being monopolized by one busy port. For example, configuring this to 100 on an uplink interface ensures a single aggregation port cannot fill the table with bindings for hundreds of downstream hosts.
