This read-write bitstring lists which VLANs numbered 3073 through 4094 have DHCPv6 guard enforcement switched on, independent of policy binding. An admin sets bits here to activate enforcement on high-numbered VLANs once their policies are properly bound. For example, setting the bit for VLAN 4000 here turns on guard enforcement for that top-range VLAN.
