What is rlAutoSmartPortLearningProtocols?

This read-write bitmask selects which discovery protocols, CDP and or LLDP, the switch uses to learn the device type of neighbors for Auto Smart Port classification. Admins configure this based on what their connected equipment actually advertises, since a neighbor that only speaks LLDP won't be detected if only CDP learning is enabled. For example, setting both the cdp and lldp bits lets the switch recognize both a CDP-speaking phone and a third-party LLDP-only device on different ports.
