What is rlAutoSmartPortLastVoiceVlanStatus?

This read-only value indicates the last enable or disable status the voice VLAN feature set for Auto Smart Port, which becomes the effective operational status whenever the admin status is set to controlled. Admins use it to see what the voice VLAN logic is instructing the smart-port feature to do at this moment. For example, when a VLAN-aware phone is detected on a port, the voice VLAN feature might set this value to enabled, and the switch's smart port behavior will follow suit under controlled mode.
