What is rlAutoSmartPortFailedCommandNumber?

This read-only integer identifies which command, counted from 1, caused a smart port macro to fail, or reports 0 if the macro succeeded or never ran. Admins use this to pinpoint exactly where in a macro's command sequence something went wrong, rather than having to guess or re-run the whole macro. For example, a value of 3 would tell the admin that the third command in the applied macro's script is the one that failed to execute.
