What is rlCopyUpTime?
This read-only TimeTicks value reports how long it has been since a given copy operation's table entry was created. An admin monitors it to judge how long a copy has been running or how stale a completed entry is. For example, an admin seeing this value climb unusually high for an operation still marked in-progress would suspect the transfer has stalled.
