What is rlCopyInetUpTime?
This read-only TimeTicks value reports how long it has been since an entry in the Inet-address copy table was created. An admin monitors it to gauge how long an IPv6- or IPv4-based copy operation has been running. For example, an admin would check this value against an expected transfer duration to spot a stalled IPv6 firmware download.
