What is rlCopyInetInBackground?
This read-write integer controls whether a copy operation in the Inet-address copy table runs in the background, letting other device tasks continue during the transfer. An admin sets it to enable(1) for a large IPv6-based transfer that shouldn't block other management activity. For example, an admin pushing a sizable firmware image over IPv6 during business hours would enable background mode to keep the device responsive.
