What is rlCopyHistoryInetInBackground?
This read-write integer records whether a completed Inet-address copy operation logged in the history table had run in background mode. An admin reviews it to understand how a past IPv6/IPv4 transfer was scheduled relative to other device activity. For example, an admin explaining sluggish performance during a past IPv6 firmware push would check this history field to confirm whether background mode had actually been used.
