What is rlCopyHistoryInBackground?
This read-write integer records whether a completed copy operation logged in the history table had run in background mode. An admin reviews it to understand how a past transfer was scheduled relative to other device activity. For example, an admin explaining sluggish device response during a past maintenance window would check this history field to confirm whether the large copy had actually been run in the background as intended.
