What is rlCopyFreeHistoryIndex?
This read-only integer reports the next available index value that can be used for a new entry in the copy history table. An admin or management script reads it before starting a copy operation that should be logged, to know what value to assign to that operation's history index. For example, automation software queuing several logged copy operations would read this object each time to obtain a fresh, unused history index for the next one.
