What is p2mpTxFreqRangeMin?
A read-only CwrRfFreqRange value, in KHz, giving the minimum frequency at which this RF resource is capable of transmitting. Paired with p2mpTxFreqRangeMax, it defines the hardware's actual transmit frequency capability, which an admin needs to know before attempting to configure the radio for a channel outside that range. For example, an admin planning to deploy a link on a specific frequency would first check p2mpTxFreqRangeMin against that target frequency to confirm the installed radio hardware is even capable of transmitting there.
