What is p2mpRxFreqRangeMax?
A read-only CwrRfFreqRange value, in KHz, giving the highest transmission frequency this RF resource is capable of receiving. Together with p2mpRxFreqRangeMin it fully bounds the hardware's receive capability, which an admin cross-checks against a planned channel frequency before assuming a given radio can be tuned there. For example, a frequency plan proposing to use a channel above p2mpRxFreqRangeMax for a given unit would need to be rejected or revised, since that hardware simply cannot receive at that frequency.
