What is p2mpCommonTrapEnable?

A read-write TruthValue that, when true, enables a specific list of notifications common to both head-end and subscriber units, including phy-failure, RF supply voltage, RX and TX oscillator, temperature, and comm-link-error traps, and disables them all when false. This gives an admin one single switch to control an entire family of related hardware-health notifications at once, rather than needing to configure each trap type individually. For example, an admin performing planned maintenance that will intentionally trigger some of these hardware conditions might temporarily set p2mpCommonTrapEnable to false to avoid flooding the NMS with expected, maintenance-related traps.
