OID (symbolic): CISCO-WIRELESS-NOTIFICATION-MIB::cwNotificationHistoryTableMaxLength

Type: Unsigned32

What is cwNotificationHistoryTableMaxLength?

A read-write Unsigned32 (1..4294967295) setting the maximum number of entries retained in cwNotificationHistoryTable. Lowering this value causes the oldest notification history entries to be deleted immediately to fit the new cap, so an admin should know that shrinking it can permanently discard historical alert records. For example, reducing cwNotificationHistoryTableMaxLength from 100 to 50 would immediately purge the 50 oldest stored notifications, keeping only the most recent 50 in history.
