What is cwdsiHsrpState?

This object reports the current HSRP state of this device, for example disabled, initial, learn, or backup, describing where it stands in the Hot Standby Router Protocol election for WDS redundancy. Administrators watch this value to know whether a given WLSM is the active HSRP router or merely a standby, which affects where WDS services are actually running. For example, seeing cwdsiHsrpState stuck at learn(4) instead of progressing to an active or backup state would tell an admin the router isn't yet hearing HSRP hellos from its peer.
