For example, setting cwspUtilFactorAbr to 150 tells the admission-control logic to treat each new ABR (Available Bit Rate) call as consuming only two-thirds of its nominal bandwidth for booking purposes, allowing more ABR (Available Bit Rate) SVCs to be admitted on the same trunk.
