This read-only counter tracks the number of SSCOP USTAT PDUs transmitted over this interface, sent proactively by this switch when it detects a gap in data received from the peer. It lets an admin see how often the local side is noticing missing sequenced data from the peer. For example, frequent USTAT transmissions could point to the peer switch dropping SD PDUs that this switch is catching.
