What is cwspSscopEndRcv?
This read-only counter tracks the number of SSCOP END PDUs received at this interface, which signal the peer's request to terminate the SSCOP connection. It lets an admin see how often the remote side is tearing down the signaling link. For example, a high END receive count on an NNI link that should stay permanently up could point to instability on the peer switch.
