This read-create RowStatus value is used to create, delete, activate, or deactivate network prefix entries used in ILMI address registration. It lets an admin manage which ATM address prefixes this interface registers via ILMI, adding new prefixes or removing/disabling ones no longer needed. For example, an admin reassigning address space to a different customer would deactivate the old prefix row and create a new one with the updated prefix.
