What is cwspOutTimerFailures?
This read-only counter tracks the number of signaling timers that timed out on this interface for outgoing signaling messages. It lets an admin see how many outbound call failures were caused by the peer or downstream node failing to respond in time, rather than an explicit rejection. For example, a rising cwspOutTimerFailures count could point to a downstream switch that has become slow or unresponsive to this switch's outbound signaling.
