Module: CISCO-WAN-SVC-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-SVC-MIB::cwspMinVcCbr
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.140.1.2.2.1.1.21
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Integer32
Access: read-write
Description: This is the minimum number of VCs for CBR service in percentage.
The values of cwspMinVcCbr, cwspMinVcRtVbr, cwspMinVcNrtVbr, cwspMinVcAbr and cwspMinVcUbr can not exceed 1000000, i.e. 100%.
This variable is interpreted in the format of xxx.xxxx. For example a value of 750000 is interpreted as 75.0000%.
What is cwspMinVcCbr?
This read-write Integer32 (0..1000000) is the minimum number of VCs reserved for CBR (Constant Bit Rate) service as a percentage of the interface's VC capacity, and the combined minimums for CBR, real-time VBR, non-real-time VBR, ABR, and UBR cannot exceed 1000000 (100%). An administrator reserves a share of the finite VC pool for CBR (Constant Bit Rate) so that other service classes cannot exhaust every VC and block new CBR (Constant Bit Rate) calls from being set up. For example, guaranteeing cwspMinVcCbr at 100000 (10%) ensures at least a tenth of the interface's VCs remain available to CBR (Constant Bit Rate) calls even when VBR or UBR traffic is heavily loading the port.
