What is cwspMaxVcUbr?
This read-write Integer32 (0..1000000) is the maximum number of VCs (virtual circuits) allowed for UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate) service, expressed as a percentage of the interface's total VC capacity in xxx.xxxx format. An administrator uses this to cap how many simultaneous UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate) SVCs the interface will admit, preventing a burst of UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate) call setup requests from consuming every available VC on the port. For example, setting cwspMaxVcUbr to 300000 (30.0000%) means no more than three-tenths of the interface's VC pool can ever be occupied by UBR (Unspecified Bit Rate) connections at once.
