This read-write Integer32 (0..1000000), measured in cells per second, is the maximum bandwidth allowed for a single VC carrying real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) service. An administrator uses this per-VC ceiling to prevent any one real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) connection from monopolizing the interface, independent of how much aggregate bandwidth is booked to the real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) class overall. For example, setting cwspMaxVcBwRtVbr to 50000 cells/sec limits every individual real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) SVC to that peak cell rate, so a single misbehaving or oversized call cannot starve sibling VCs of the same class.
