What is cwspMaxBwAbr?
This read-write Integer32 (0..1000000) is the maximum bandwidth for ABR (Available Bit Rate) service on the interface, expressed as a percentage in xxx.xxxx format, so a stored value of 750000 means 75.0000%. An administrator caps how much of the interface's total bandwidth ABR (Available Bit Rate) traffic is permitted to consume, protecting other service categories on the same trunk from being starved by ABR (Available Bit Rate) calls. For example, setting cwspMaxBwAbr to 500000 (50.0000%) ensures ABR (Available Bit Rate) connections can never be admitted to more than half of the interface's capacity, no matter how many SVC setup requests for that class arrive.
