This read-only Integer32 (0..2147483647) reports the cell loss ratio-1 of real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) service on the interface, i.e. the loss rate that includes lower-priority CLP=1 cells, where -1 means not applicable. An administrator compares this against the corresponding CLR-0 counter to see whether loss on real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) is concentrated in tagged/discard-eligible cells or is also affecting the higher-priority cell stream. For example, if cwspLoadClr01RtVbr rises while cwspLoadClr0RtVbr stays at -1/N-A, the loss is confined to lower-priority real-time VBR (Variable Bit Rate) cells, a less severe condition than loss appearing in the CLR-0 counter.
