What is cwspLoadBwTotal?
This read-only Integer32 (0..2147483647) reports the total bandwidth of the interface, the overall capacity figure against which per-service-class load is measured. An administrator reads this as the baseline for capacity planning, comparing it against cwspLoadBwAvail and the per-class load counters to see how much of the interface is committed versus free. For example, a capacity dashboard divides cwspLoadAvlBwCbr by cwspLoadBwTotal to compute the current percentage of interface bandwidth still available for new CBR call admission.
