What is cwspIlmiSecureLink?

This read-create boolean enables or disables the ILMI Secure Link Protocol on this interface; when enabled, loss of ILMI connectivity is treated as loss of the attachment point, which releases all SVCs and SVPs on the interface. It lets an admin decide whether an ILMI failure should automatically bring down all active connections on this interface as a safety measure. For example, an admin securing a sensitive access link might enable this so that if ILMI monitoring drops out, existing calls are forcibly cleared rather than left running unmonitored.
