Description: The administrative status of the interface. inService (1) means that the interface is operational while outService (2) indicates that the interface is put out of service by the administrator.
What is cwspAdminStatus?
This read-create value controls whether this interface is administratively in service (operational) or out of service (removed from service by the administrator). It lets an admin deliberately take a signaling interface offline for maintenance without physically disconnecting it. For example, before swapping a card, a technician would set this to outService so no new SVCs are accepted on that interface during the work.
