Module: CISCO-WAN-SVC-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-SVC-MIB::cwspAddressRowStatus
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.140.1.2.11.1.1.8
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Description: To create or delete a reachable address. Note that NMS should use CreateAndGo to create a row and Destroy to delete a row. The managed device will return active or notInService as row status.
What is cwspAddressRowStatus?
This is a RowStatus control used to create or delete an entry for a reachable ATM address on the switch, following the standard SNMP CreateAndGo-to-add / Destroy-to-remove convention. An administrator provisioning ATM SVC/PNNI reachability uses this object to add or withdraw an address the switch will advertise as reachable, and the device reports back active or notInService rather than accepting arbitrary states. For example, an NMS sets this object to createAndGo(4) while also writing cwspRegAtmAddress to register a new customer ATM address on a service interface, then later sets it to destroy(6) when that address is decommissioned.
