Description: The type of reachability from the advertising node to the address. This variable indicates either this ATM address ('internal') is a reachable ATM destination that is directly attached to the logical node advertising this address or an ATM address('exterior') that can be reached through a PNNI routing domain but which is not located in that routing domain.

What is cwspAddrType?

This read-create value indicates whether a reachable ATM address advertised from this node is internal -- directly attached to the advertising logical node -- or exterior -- reachable through the PNNI routing domain but not located within it. It lets an admin correctly classify how a given advertised address relates to this node's own PNNI routing domain. For example, an admin advertising reachability to an address behind an inter-domain gateway would mark it exterior rather than internal so PNNI routing treats it appropriately.
