What is cwspAddrPlan?
This read-create value specifies the address plan for a reachable address entry, where for NSAP addresses the first byte automatically implies one of the NSAP E.164, DCC, or ICD sub-plans. It lets an admin declare whether a given advertised reachable address is an E.164 telephone-number-style address or an NSAP-format address.
