What is cwspAbrCallFwdPcr?
This read-only Integer32 (0..2147483647) reports the Peak Cell Rate for the ABR call in the forward direction, the ceiling rate the source may not exceed. An administrator compares this to cwspAbrCallFwdMcr and cwspAbrCallFwdIcr to see the full envelope, from guaranteed minimum through starting rate up to the negotiated ceiling, that the ABR flow-control loop is allowed to operate within. For example, an operator confirms cwspAbrCallFwdIcr never exceeds cwspAbrCallFwdPcr for a given call, matching the specification's requirement that the initial rate not be larger than PCR.
