This read-only Integer32 (0..2147483647) is the Call Reference value of the ABR call on this interface, in a table dedicated specifically to ABR calls rather than all service categories. An administrator uses this to identify a specific ABR connection when diagnosing ABR-specific flow-control behavior, since ABR calls carry many extra rate-control parameters not present for other service classes. For example, an engineer looks up cwspAbrCallCallRef to isolate one ABR call's row before inspecting its rate increase/decrease factors and buffer exposure settings.
