What is cwsSectionPrevious24HrSESs?
This read-only object reports the number of severely errored seconds that were encountered on the SONET section layer during the previous 24-hour interval. An administrator uses this to see whether severe section-layer degradation the day before was a one-off event or part of an ongoing trend when compared with the current interval's count. For example, matching SES counts in both the previous and current 24-hour intervals would suggest a persistent, rather than one-time, problem on the section layer.
