Module: CISCO-WAN-SONET-MIB

OID (symbolic): CISCO-WAN-SONET-MIB::cwsPathTotalUASsThreshold

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.150.3.1.3.1.1.9

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: This is the unavailable seconds threshold for the 24 hour interval, above which alarm is generated. This threshold is the same for Far End and Near End.

What is cwsPathTotalUASsThreshold?

This writable value sets the unavailable-seconds (UAS) threshold for the 24-hour SONET path interval, above which an alarm is generated, applied the same way to near-end and far-end counts. It defines how much cumulative downtime on this path over a day is acceptable before the system flags it. For instance, a service provider tracking SLA compliance might set this 24-hour UAS threshold near the SLA's allowed outage budget so an alarm fires just as the customer's contractual limit is approached.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.150.3.1.3.1.1.9
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-WAN-SONET-MIB::cwsPathTotalUASsThreshold

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.150.3.1.3.1.1.9.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CISCO-WAN-SONET-MIB::cwsPathTotalUASsThreshold.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.351.150.3.1.3.1.1.9.1 i <value>

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> cwsPathTotalUASsThreshold.1
