What is vismLapdWinSize?

This read-create Integer32, ranging 1 to 127, sets the LAPD window size — the maximum number of sequentially numbered I-frames that may be outstanding (unacknowledged) at once. An admin tunes this to balance link throughput against buffering and retransmission behavior on the LAPD data link, since a larger window allows more frames in flight before an acknowledgment is required. For instance, on a higher-latency backhaul link an admin might raise this value to keep the pipe fuller, provided the far end can handle the increased outstanding frame count.
