What is vismLapdStatsIndex?
This read-only Integer32, ranging 1 to 248, is the index for the LAPD statistics table and is stated to be the same value as vismLapdIndex, with an entry implicitly created whenever a LAPD entry is added. An admin uses this index to correlate LAPD statistics rows back to the specific LAPD configuration entry they belong to. Because rows appear automatically, an admin doesn't provision this value directly but relies on it to walk statistics for a particular LAPD instance identified elsewhere by the same index number.
